Dr. Virginia Gavris
Specialist in Pediatrics and Director
Dr. Gavris received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Her 3 year specialty training in pediatric dentistry was completed concurrently with her Master's degree from Harvard University's School of Public Health. She has published several peer-reviewed articles and lectured both in the U.S. and internationally.
Dr. Gavris is the recipient of numerous awards for clinical research, patient care, and scientific research, including AADR first place research award, Excellence clinical care award from the American Society of Dentistry for Children, a Stowell-Orbison Award from the International Academy of Pathology and was the First Place winner of the Bates Day Scientific and Clinical Research Competition, as well as receiving the Dean of Students Award.
Dr. Gavris is the Chief Clinical Director of Partners In Oral Health. a Multispecialty Group Dental Practice
She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, as well as the Massachusetts Dental Society and American Dental Association.
Dr. Gavris has served on the Advisory Council Board of THINK:KIDS at Massachusetts General Hospital since 2007 and volunteers for Give Kids a Smile.
